Guest speakers

Paul Manson from ‘Tri Performance Mastery’

Paul is a sports mental performance coach who was written e-books and contributes regularly online to the art of being a better triathlete by using their mind as a powerful tool.  An active runner and triathlete age grouper for many years, Paul then had a series of injuries that although curtailed his physical involvement.  So as a result, he became a regional level athletics field official and has officiated at the Olympic Anniversary Games and other England regional level meets. He also assists with volunteering and marshalling at a club level and was here that he decided to persue his passion for sports psychology and using the mind as a muscle to be trained.
