Traditionally SLH share a supper together after the Southern Cross Country Championships which are usually held at Parliament Hill . This year the Southern is way down West and a rather long journey to get back for a supper in the evening. While SLH expect to field teams at this race in a number of categories the annual supper this year has been moved to mark the National Cross Country Championships which are to be held at Parliament Hill.
As a reminder the race is on Saturday 25th February with the supper obviously being on the evening of!

Another club tradition of the Southern is that each runner that day shares a few race moments with us. We've also moved this tradition over to the National Supper so there is no escaping!
