SLH won medals at every age category in the Surrey Road Relays on September 11th. For those present the run of the day must surely have been from Men's Captain Stuart Major who ran the last leg. Setting off in 7th position, the task looked impossible, but Stuart reeled in teams from Mitcham and Sutton, Boxhill and two Thames Hare & Hounds teams to bring the seniors home in the medals.

The full medal haul looks like this (subject to confirmation); Senior Men - Bronze, Mens Vet 40 - Bronze, Mens Vet 50 - Silver, Senior Women - Gold, Women Vet 35 - Gold.
