September 16th, 2008: Southern Women’s League - Match 5 30/08

August 10th, 2008: Southern Women’s League - Match 4 (26th July)
Posted by Ian Field at 1:35 pm4 matches, 4 wins !! The trip to Watford proved to be the hardest match so far, with a winning margin of just 7.5pts over the league’s 3rd placed team,Oxford City. The sprinters were the outstanding group this time, both Senior and Junior, dropping only 4pts in their 10 races.

July 9th, 2008: Southern Women’s League - Match 3 (28th June)
Posted by Ian Field at 6:50 amWith a 3rd win in 3 matches, SLH Women extended their lead at the top of Division 1, with an outstanding performance by the Senior Women, especially on the track on what was a very hot day in Walton.

June 21st, 2008: Southern Women’s League - Match 2
Posted by Ian Field at 11:36 pmWe travelled to the league leaders home venue, won by 20pts, and came home as the new league leaders. This was an outstanding performance by both the Senior women and U15 girls., and without any recognised jumpers. Well done all.

May 6th, 2008: Southern Women’s League - Eton 26th April

April 20th, 2008: Battersea Open
Posted by Ian Field at 9:35 pmDue to the late cancellation of the season-opening meeting at Crystal Palace after the snow storm, some Young Athletes and Senior Women decided on a late entry into this new event. There were some good performances.
