This Open meeting is correct on the online fixture list but may have been communicated as 14th June to some members earlier in the season. The venue, as always, is Tooting Bec Stadium, which is adjacent to Tooting Bec Common.
Come along and enter whichever events take your fancy. It would be good to see as many Young Athletes as possible, especially those working towards selection for the SLH team events. There are High Jump and Shot available for all, as well as track races over all distances, and hurdles. High Jumpers and Hurdlers are always in short supply for the teams, so get practicing !
Bring your membership card and club vest along for free entry into those events which are designated as SLH Club Championships. Make sure you arrive 1 hour before your first event to have time to register, get numbers attached to your vest, and warm-up properly.

May 8th, 2008: Young Athletes League - 4th May Kingston

May 2nd, 2008: Young Athletes - Crystal Palace meeting re-arranged
Posted by Ian Field at 5:38 pmAfter the disappointment of the postponement of this big season-opening competition for the Young Athletes due to a snow storm, the organisers have now announced they will run the event on Sunday 21st September. All entries made will be valid for this date.
