SLH welcomes new and prospective members to join us on training sessions, offered year round.
Coulsdon Clubhouse
| Tuesday | 6.45 pm | Structured Training: Intervals/Hills/Reps/Distance Runs. Coached/supervised sessions. See Calendar for weekly details. |
| Tuesday | 6.45 pm | Medium pace training run 8-10 miles |
| Tuesday | 6.45 pm | Slower pace training run 6-8 miles |
| Thursday | 6.30 pm | Interval sessions for men and women - all standards |
| Sunday | 9.00 am | Long marathon training runs January to April and shorter runs throughout the year. |

Oasis (Coulsdon High School) - Young Athlete Training
Supervised and coached training is available at Coulsdon High School, Homefield Road, Old Coulsdon on Thursday evenings.
Training starts at 6pm and a range of drills, efforts and intervals are offered in groups of varying abilities and age.
