If you answered yes to one or more of these, then South London Harriers could be the Club for you to join. We cater for everyone, from the most casual jogger to national champions and we have them both! No-one is too good and no-one is not good enough.
We offer you regular organised training and competition, and we welcome you to come along and see if you like what we do, before you commit to joining.
Crystal Palace and Track Coulsdon are our track and field bases, with training all year, Tuesdays and Thursdays, and competition throughout Spring and Summer.
Our Headquarters in Coulsdon caters for cross-country and road running training, depending on the time of the year. Our qualified coaches organise interval sessions, or there is the option of a pack run. Organised sessions are Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings and are suitable for all abilities. From September onwards, there is a cross-country race nearly every weekend, many of which are local. Club members participate in most local road races, and we host five open races during the year.
Our triathlon section has coached swim sessions three times a week, regular bike rides and running with the rest of the club. Members compete in races from sprint distance to Ironman including Duathlons and Aquathons.
For young athletes, we provide opportunities at both Crystal Palace and at Track Coulsdon. We have attained Clubmark which recognises SLH as a well run , organised and safe club for Young Athletes.
And in addition, we have a very active social side to the Club… Whatever you are looking for,
South London Harriers can provide it.
