Swimming
Coached pool based swim sessions are held at Caterham School Sports Centre, Harestone Valley Road , Caterham on Monday and Wednesday ( 20:15 to- 21:15 ) and Friday ( 19:45 – 20:45 ).
The cost of is £3.50 per session for SLH Tri Club members. The club allows non-members to swim for £5 per session pool for 6 weeks whilst deciding whether to join the Club.
From time to time the Club may replace the regular sessions with specific technical sessions for a fixed period. Numbers on these may be restricted and advance booking required.
During the summer months open water sessions are held at Southwater Country Park, Cripplegate Ln, Southwater, Horsham.on Wednesdays at 19.00.
The cost is a one-off fee of £10 for the whole period sessions are held.
SLH Tri Club is an authorised user of Southwater Lake and any session must be organised under the Club’s name and all rules and procedures adhered to.
