SLH welcomes new and prospective members to join us on training sessions, offered year round.

Coulsdon Clubhouse

Tuesday 6.45 pm Structured Training at Track Coulsdon.  Coached/supervised sessions. 
Tuesday 6.45 pm Medium pace training run 8-10 miles
Tuesday 6.45 pm Slower pace training run 6-8 miles
Thursday 6.30 pm

Interval sessions for men and women - all standards

Sunday 9.00 am Long marathon training runs January to April and shorter runs throughout the year.
