SLH welcomes new and prospective members to join us on training sessions, offered year round.
Coulsdon Clubhouse

| Thursday | 6.45 pm | Interval sessions for men and women - all standards |
| Thursday | 6.45 pm | Runs as Tuesday plus a faster group. |
| Sunday | 9.00 am | Long marathon training runs January to April and shorter runs throughout the year. |

Oasis Academy sessions for Young Athletes
Supervised and coached training is available at Oasis Academy, Homefield Road, Old Coulsdon on Thursday evenings.
The first training starts at 5pm, the second at 6pm and a range of drills, efforts and intervals are offered in groups of varying abilities and age.

General
Stuart Major has invested a huge amount of time to document the many sessions that are available to Members training in the Coulsdon area.
The sessions provided are primarily designed for the winter season and are selectively offered on a Thursday evening.
Please note that each week the Club’s lead coaches offer one of these sessions per week. The session is selected to co-incide with their overall training programme for the benefit of the club’s athletes.
