An excellent performance by the u17 men. Daniel Sellman was 3rd in 23.44, who with 7 Dominic Steiert 25.33, 8 Jack Bourne 25.34, and 18 Tom Hart 27.03, this team winning the silver medals. Ben McDaniel finished 24th in 28.11.

Helen Wilson running her first u15 champs race and Amy Mitchell (more then a minute faster than last year) had excellent runs and with Harriet & Hannah Field completed the team winning the bronze medals. Jenny Hewett our last runner was 45 secs faster than last year.

Sophie came in half a minute faster than last year in 14.36, Maria just behind her in 15.20. Together with Ruth Myburgh and Zoë Collins they completed our only team finishing 5th. Amy & Tessa Billup were just a little too young to be able to score. Not sure whether Tabitha Adams is one of our runners and non scoring otherwise we should have finished much higher in the team competition.
