The Men’s team were put firmly in their place by their female counterparts at the South of Thames Champs at Nork Park. The Ladies not only had 1st and 3rd team prizes but also outnumbered the men.

A late decision to run by David’s Baker and Ogden in the guise of Andy Evans and Francis Staunton saw them lead SLH home but well down the field. A good warm up for January’s Surrey Champs and Surrey League fixtures even though the course was a good 1.2 miles short of the advertised 7.5 miles! Full results below:
