Posted by Chris Phelan at 9:25 pmPawel Bal had a storming run at the Epsom 10 mile event organised by Epsom and Ewell Harriers finishing in second place overall. Viv Mitchell was third lady and Ian Kitching was first V50. SLH men (Pawel, Ian and Alex) were first team. Results below:
