There was a low turnout for the second of SLH’s three Track and Field Championship matches, held as part of Herne Hill’s summer open meetings at Tooting. With no club members contesting the long hurdles, long jump, javelin or 1500m, it was left to the 200m sprinters to provide the competition. Congratulations to Aaron Broderick and Natalie Bartley as Club 200m Champions.

In the open events, Shane Christy made a solid debut in the 400m, coming home ahead of our regular long-sprint man, Taiwo.
